Women-Only and Men-Only hikes are planned so you can get to know the other women/men that you'll be seeing at Mindful Dating Event experiences. It's a perfect time to build in some familiarity, friendship, and fun to the overall experience Mindful Dating Events has to offer... not to mention making genuine friendships without the opposite sex there. Keep your eyes peeled though because the genders won't be spaced too far apart...you might happen to bump into each other and get a glimpse of some opposite sex members! =)
